Vandell and her research team adapted the Afterschool Outcome Measures Online Toolbox for summer learning programs. The Online Toolbox provides instructions, surveys, technical assistance, and analysis of findings, to any type of summer program. Staff and student surveys measure changes in students’ skill development and positive behavior as well as student program experiences. Interested programs can contact us at afterschool@uci.edu.
