Adding an image to a widget area just got easier. In the past, you had to use a Text Widget and add the HTML code to insert an image. Now, you can simply drag the Image Widget to the desired widget area of your theme and add the image using the built in Add Media tools.
Have you ever wanted to customize the look of theme you are using on Faculty Websites? Some of the themes have this capability built in, but not all do. On Faculty Websites we share the same themes for all of the sites, so editing the themes is not possible like it is on a stand-alone version of WordPress. We’ve just installed and enabled a new plugin that allows you to add your own custom Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) into any theme.
