Professional Bio
Sule Guney is an assistant teaching professor in the Department of Psychological Science. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of New South Wales, Australia and completed her post-doctoral studies at the Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE), University of Southern California. Prior to joining the UCI family in 2021, she worked in the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern California as a full-time lecturer. Her research on judgment and decision making has been published on prestigious peer-review journals. Professor Guney teaches courses on a variety of topics, including Psychology of Judgment and Decision Making, Advanced Research Methods, Research Design, and Psychology Fundamentals.
