The Barty Group Invents an Efficient Method for Modeling Laser Compton Scattering (LCS) Output

February 18, 2022 by mseggebr

In the latest edition of Applied Optics, Barty Group members Haytham Effarah, Trevor Reutershan, and Professor Barty, along with collaborators from Lumitron Technologies (including former Barty Group post-doc Agnese Lagzda), report on a highly efficient method for modeling LCS outputs. The approach is up to 200 times less computationally expensive than direct simulations of LCS. Click here to learn more.
