Prof. Reinkensmeyer typically teaches:
MAE106 – Mechanical Systems Laboratory – an undergraduate project class with a robotics competition; Biorobotics Laboratory graduate students help run this course.
MAE250 – Biorobotics – a graduate level course, usually in the winter quarter. This course covers sensors, actuators, and controllers for biological movement from an engineering perspective. In addition, the course surveys state-of-the-art approaches to robotic and mechatronic devices that support and enhance human movement for rehabilitation and surgery.
Some lectures on connective tissue, cartilage, bone, muscle for the first-year medical school course on Histology
