The pre-print above represents the culmination of a joint effort with the Orange County Health Care Agency in which we tested over 2,900 residents for history of SARS-CoV-2 infection. The results show a seroprevalence of ~12% among adults, which is much greater than that reported using published County statistics. In addition, seroprevalence is elevated among Hispanics and among lower-income adults.
