We are extremely grateful to have received a Research Scholar Grant from the American Cancer Society to support our work on pancreatic liver metastasis. This project grew out of the lab entirely based on the work of graduate student Rima Singh and many key collaborators. This award will support 4 years of work on this project, where we hope to bring new therapies to the clinic to disrupt intratumoral signaling.
The National Cancer Institute has provided us with long-term multi-million dollar funding for our pancreatic cancer cell heterogeneity work.
Our NCI R01 research project grant was selected for funding and converted to a 7-year Method to Extend Research in Time under award number R37CA283575. This is a 2.5 million dollar total award for years 1-5 with an additional budget to be determined for years 6-7. We are immensely grateful for all the previous funding that provided the foundational preliminary data needed to secure this award.
Generous funding from the Tower Cancer Research Foundation will support our liver metastasis project
We are very humbled to receive this award from a truly inspiring cancer support and research foundation.
Our gemcitabine resistance work has received a Pilot Award from the California Cancer Research Consortium.
