One of the many benefits of partnering with CampusPress to host our websites is that we now have 24/7 technical support.

Help in Two Ways

Dashboard

The easiest way to get help is built into your dashboard. You will see this when you are logged into your website.

  1. Click the Need Help? widget at the bottom right of your dashboard.
  2. This will open a Help Center with search, articles, and an email support button.
  3. Use Search for help to try to find a solution.
  4. If you can’t find what you need, click the Email Support button.

  5. Click Create new ticket and type a Subject and describe what you need help with. You can even add files, like screenshots.
  6. Click next.
  7. The system will search its knowledgebase to see if an answer can be found. If not, you have the option to submit your ticket. This will send an email to CampusPress support who will work on finding a solution for you. They will follow up via the email associated with your account.
  8. You can always check on the status by clicking Email Support in the Help Center. Below the Create a new ticket button, you will see all of your previous tickets and the status of each.

Web Form

If you can’t get to your dashboard, you can use the Create a Support ticket option directly from CampusPress’s website. This is also available from our Help Center.
