Last Thursday, Dr. Kimberly Jacoby Morris and Katie Wisecarver from the Air Force Office of Scientific Research paid a visit to the UCI campus. Throughout the day, the members of the BNM Lab were engaged with them in discussions regarding research, collaborations, and outreach in hopes of developing ways in which they could impact the greater community of UCI and beyond. STEM outreach is a driving factor within both the lab and the MSE department at UCI which is generously supported by the AFOSR.
We enjoyed their visit and hope to invigorate further collaborations through the coming years.
