We are a team of organic chemists with interests in target oriented synthesis and methods development. In our favorite targets we find inspiration to invent new chemical transformations and opportunity to fill gaps present in existing therapeutic approaches. Our method programs seek to address long-standing synthetic problems of direct and stereocontrolled access to common structural motifs and valuable synthetic intermediates.
