Key Research Area
My research interests are in the study of molecular evolution, population and conservation genetics, functional genomics, and phylogeny reconstruction. The major focus is to understand evolutionary histories and ecological adaptations of organisms through application of molecular markers, but auxiliary interest is the elucidation of evolution and features of genes and genomes themselves.
