Backgrounds in social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering who are interested in working at the intersection of policy, infrastructure (broadly defined), and environmental management are welcome.

Graduate Students

Postdoctoral Scholars
We are not currently hiring for any specific postdoctoral positions. If you’d like to collaborate on a proposal for a postdoctoral project or fellowship, please email Dr. Ulibarri a cover letter detailing your research background and project idea, the specific funding/fellowship opportunities you intend to apply for, your CV, and a sample publication. The sooner you contact me, the better, so we can keep an eye out for additional funding and ensure a a strong proposal. UC-specific funding opportunities include:
