Allen graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in Biochemistry and has been conducting infectious diseases research with a focus on inflammation and host immune responses. He has been fascinated with antimicrobial resistance and immunology since joining the Ulloa lab in October of 2021. He loves trying new cuisine and recipes, hiking, and soccer.
