Maiza is a first year undergraduate student at UC Irvine majoring in Public Health Sciences with a minor in Chicano/Latino Studies. Following her undergraduate education and research, she plans to attend medical school and thereafter become a pediatric gastroenterologist. Alongside her academics, Maiza enjoys listening to podcasts, music, and loves to explore LA.
