I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of California, Irvine.
My research examines gender and race inequality in organizations and labor markets. I teach courses in inequality, gender, organizations, and research methods and statistics.
I am also Director of the Graduate Program in Demographic & Social Analysis.
