Vida Pourmand is awarded with the GAAN (Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need) fellowship from the U.S. Department of Education.
The purpose of the training grant is to provide support to select groups of doctoral students pursuing scientific research that addresses social inequities faced by vulnerable populations of children, youth, and adults.
