Industry magazine Backstage.com published its list of the 8 best costume design programs noting our industry- focused approach to professional training.
UCI Costume Design partnered with the Laguna Art Museum to create a fashion show that featured the work of student, alum and faculty designers. Read an interview about it here The show was a major event in the museum’s annual Art + Nature Festival. Each designer partnered with a community organization actively involved with environmental or social justice to express that organization’s theme with a unique fashion.
