Hello prospective graduate students. Thank you for your interest in my work and my lab. I have answered frequently asked questions and provided several helpful resources below. If you have specific questions that are not addressed in the information below, you are welcome to contact me directly. However, please note that sending me an email in no way impacts your competitiveness for our program – I do not consider it in any way when evaluating applications. Therefore, you do not need to email me if the FAQs below answer your questions. Best of luck with the application process!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Are you accepting a student for admission in Fall 2025?
Yes, I am recruiting a graduate student for admission in 2025.
Can I meet with you now before I apply to discuss your research, my application, etc..?
Because of the volume of requests, I am only able to meet with students after they receive an interview for our program.
What are you looking for in a graduate student?
I am particularly interested in bringing in new team members who share similar passions as me and my existing team. I do not require or expect that students will conduct their research on precisely the same topics I do, so long as the research project is within my area of interest and expertise.
If you’re interested in the current work I’m engaged in, you can see my more recent publications on my Google Scholar page: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=3eANRjQAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=ao
You can also find a list of my ongoing research projects on this lab website.
