Postdoctoral Position: Baram Lab

Key words: Molecular Biology, epigenetics, single-cell transcriptomics, transgenic mice, circuit, reward, stress-sensitive cells, early-life stress, corticotropin releasing hormone

NIH funded position(s) available to apply single-cell approaches (transcriptomics, MerFISH, etc) in specific target cell populations (e.g., CRH expressing neurons) for studying mechanisms by which early life experiences / stress promote enduring disruptions of cell, circuit and behavioral functions.

Required: Recent PhD, relevant experience in molecular neuroscience, genomics or epigenetics. Prior experience in (sc)RNA-seq and integrative analysis of (epi)genomics data is helpful.  Successful candidates will have a strong publication record, broad passion for neuroscience and a collegiate approach. The duration of the position is negotiable, with no upper limit.
