New preprint on IQGAP-PI3K interaction posted

We just posted a preprint of our manuscript The WW domain of IQGAP1 binds directly to the p110α catalytic subunit of PI 3-kinase on BioRxiv!

A peptide version of IQGAP1’s WW domain has potent anti-tumor activity, and this study identifies a possible target–the catalytic subunit of  PI 3-kinase, a known driver oncogene, and one of the most frequently mutated genes in human cancer.

The study is a collaboration with the Fruman Lab.  Jane Bardwell is the lead author, and three Bardwell Lab undergraduates are also authors!
