In July, 2019, Professor Tajima was invited to meet with János Áder, the President of Hungary.
President Áder invited Dr. Tajima to the visit his office because the Hungarian government became aware of his research on energy and sustainability. President Áder is also interested in the collaboration between the public and private sectors toward the solution of a sustainable world, including nuclear waste management. The Hungarian government will be investing seed funding now, with increased support at a later date.
