It’s always a good idea to index your video and audio data right after recording. This will save time in the future when you need to look for a specific clip of audio or video. You should develop your own standardized naming convention for your files that you will easily understand and remember. Some of the items to be included in the index are the date and time of the filming, the location of the filming, and the grade of the class that you filmed.
